Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a service business, like an agency, consultancy, coaching or home service company, doing $1M or more a year.
  • Your business turns a real profit, at least $100,000 a year, and the checks you write to the IRS keep getting bigger.
  • You're scaling a team and making bigger calls on hiring, pricing and spending.
  • Your quarterly tax estimates always seem to be wrong.
  • Your accountant only reaches out after the year is over, and your questions go unanswered.
  • Revenue keeps growing, but you still hesitate before paying yourself.
  • You want proactive tax planning all year, not reactive tax preparation.

This Is Not For:

  • Service businesses doing under $1M a year in revenue.
  • Retail and product businesses (our services are primarily designed for service-based companies).
  • Businesses based outside the US.
  • Owners who only want a tax return filed once a year.
  • Owners who aren't ready to act on the recommendations.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Brittney and her all-female team find your savings, put each move in place and keep it working all year.

A Straight Answer First

We learn your business, your goals and your tax situation. If we don't believe we can create significantly more value than your investment, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

Your Numbers Reviewed In Full

Our team reviews your financials, tax returns, business structure and future plans to find the moves that fit your goals, then walks through every recommendation with you.

Books Cleaned Up First

Messy books are a judgment-free zone. We assess what needs cleanup, get your financials back in order and put systems in place, because tax strategy only works on accurate numbers.

Owner Pay And S Corp Handled

We structure your pay tax-efficiently. When an S corporation fits, we file the election, set a reasonable wage, get you onto payroll and put an accountable plan in place.

Quarterly Estimates And Year-Round Answers

We calculate your quarterly estimates from actual year-to-date results. Before you hire, buy equipment or change entities, you run it past us, and you get support if an IRS notice arrives.

Returns Prepared By Our Tax Team

Our tax team prepares your returns for a separate fee, so the moves show up where they count. Have a CPA you love? We collaborate so everyone works from the same information.

The biggest impact has been how integrated we have become in our working relationship. Being able to hand off accounting tasks and trust they'll be handled with accuracy has made a real difference, and that trust has been huge for me.

“
Within the first couple of minutes of talking to Britt, I knew she was the perfect person for me. She actually listened, was understanding, and spoke in laymen’s terms (not some crazy tax lingo I needed a masters in accounting to understand).

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my current CPA?+
No. If you have a CPA you love, we're happy to work with them: they can keep preparing the return while we work on the live year, and we collaborate so everyone works from the same information. If you'd rather have one team for everything, we have CPAs on staff.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?+
We primarily work with established women-owned service businesses: creative and marketing agencies, consultancies, coaches and home service companies, most of them scaling from the high six figures into the millions. Our services are primarily designed for service-based businesses, and we only work with US-based companies.
My books are a mess. Can we still do this?+
Yes. You're stepping into a judgment-free zone. Tax strategy only works on accurate numbers, so we clean up what needs fixing first, then either take over the bookkeeping or work with your current bookkeeper.
I already have an S corp. Isn't that the savings?+
It's a smart start, and we've helped dozens of entrepreneurs save thousands on taxes each year by making that switch. But the benefit hinges on the wage you pay yourself, and a salary chosen when revenue was half of today's is unlikely to fit now. Your retirement plan, an accountable plan, the timing of hires and purchases and your quarterly payments all sit outside the election.
Is it too late to do anything for this year?+
No, but some moves have a hard deadline. Your own wages only count if payroll pays them by December 31st, 401(k) deferrals come out of paychecks dated this year, and new equipment must be up and running before New Year's. The savings show up when your return is filed.
What if you don't save me at least $100K?+
Then we refund your strategy fee. On the call, Brittney looks at your latest return and your best guess at this year's profit and tells you whether $100K fits your numbers. If we don't believe we can create significantly more value than your investment, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar.
What does it cost?+
The tax strategy fee depends on the complexity of your business and the level of support you need, so it's quoted on the call before any work starts. Return preparation is a separate fee. After the initial strategy, you move to an annual plan with us on retainer for questions throughout the year.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Service Business Can Still Save Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Brittney looks at your latest return and your best guess at this year's profit. Then she shows you where your biggest savings probably are and tells you plainly whether $100K fits your numbers.
